Freestyle.ch: FMX Star Dany Torres Throws Down for Glory in Zurich
The Red Bull X-Fighters Champion isn’t done dominating his rivals just yet.
Oakley FMX Star Dany Torres, who recently claimed the season X-Fighters series title, topped it off with a resounding victory at Freestyle.ch in Zurich, Switzerland recently – taking down a talent-packed field of the world’s best riders.
Charging into the final, fellow-Spaniard Maikel Melero took the lead – but during his first final run, a mistake on a Hart Attack Indy Flip sent him crashing to the ground – knocking him unconscious (he escaped without any major injuries).
Then Dany came in.
A flurry of massive Hart Attack Indy Flips, Dead Body Flips and a signature turndown whip sealed the deal for the Oakley standout.
A big congrats to Dany for the victory before 35,000+ screaming fans!
