How To Make A Warranty Claim

For all prescription warranty claims contact the Authorized Oakley Optical Dealer from which your purchase was made.

How to ship your Warranty Claim product to Oakley:

Securely pack your product and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Oakley is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to us.

  1. Your name, return address and telephone number/email address.
  2. A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting.
  3. A copy of your dated receipt and/or additional information to help your claim.
  4. Clearly mark the outside of your package with ‘FAO: Warranty Department’
  5. Ship your package to anyone of the 10 European Offices as listed below:
